From cryptography papers to products people use.
I'm Yaman, a 0→1 product builder. I draw the product and write the code, one loop.
The arc: product lead of an art-fractionalization exchange (2019), the token and policy engine behind 20+ audited agricultural commodities, SaaS tokenization infrastructure behind a $1M seed. Distribution to match: country programs for Cyber and Galxe, 200+ developers onboarded for Starknet.
Today I'm co-founder of TrionLabs, where we turn cryptography research (zero-knowledge proofs, MPC, on-chain agents) into products you can click. The eval instinct is older than the AI work: a philosophy BA from Boğaziçi, an MS in informatics at Ankara.
What I want next: to build agent products inside a lab rather than around one. For two years I have put guarantees on agents from the outside, with cryptography, because that was the only lever available from where I stood. The more interesting version of the problem is on the inside: what a model refuses, what a tool is permitted to do, and what an eval catches before either one matters.

- Led product design for a SaaS tokenization, distribution, and policy engine across EVM and non-EVM chains.
- Built the product architecture the company took into a $1M seed round (Simya VC), and into the US, Saudi Arabia, and UAE.
- Contributed to the BCTR Securities Tokenization Report (2025) as the working-group member for Rudiq, alongside banks, law firms, and universities.

- Designed the end-to-end token engine and policy engine for a reserve-backed agricultural token family: 20+ commodities, 1 token = 1 kg, quarterly audited proof of reserve, listed on five exchanges and a dedicated DEX.
