Tokenization taught one lesson: value moves safely only when policy is enforced where the funds sit. TrionLabs applies it to autonomous software. Maestro puts spending limits, session keys, and a kill switch inside the Solana program holding an agent’s vault. Stellar 8004 gives agents an on-chain identity and reputation registry, Chorus splits signing across a FROST committee so no single agent holds a key, and the x402 work meters what agents pay for.

Product & Business Development Lead

Product design for a SaaS tokenization, distribution, and policy engine across EVM and non-EVM chains, for a venture building toward a licensed financial institution issuing compliant tokenized securities across the US, Saudi Arabia, and UAE. Contributed to the BCTR Securities Tokenization Report as the working-group member for Rudiq, and wrote a weekly RWA newsletter through the same period.

Co-founder & Product Owner

Co-founded a Web3 tokenization studio and owned the token engine and policy engine behind a reserve-backed agricultural token family. 20+ commodities issued against warehoused stock, one token redeemable for one kilogram, proof of reserve published by quarterly third-party audit. Issuance, redemption, transfer policy, and the external smart contract audits, end to end. The tokens now trade on five exchanges and a dedicated DEX. Alongside it, Web3 integration advisory for Otelz.com and Vole.io.

Product Lead & UI/UX

Where the RWA arc started: product lead for a blockchain art-fractionalization exchange. Designed the core trading and order-book flows and solved the early custody-vs-ownership UX for crypto newcomers.
